Shipping time

Standard Shipping: 7-20 Days to the United States, 7-35 days to other countries and areas.
We don't ship to the distance areas like Alaska, Hawaii, Iceland, or other faraway areas; please confirm it with us before placing orders if you are unsure.

It depends on your location and your local postal office. Sometimes we notice that the local delivery takes longer than the shipment from our factory to your country. Don't worry, rest assured and contact us if it takes longer than expected! We'll do our best to make sure it arrives on time.


Shipment confirmation & Order tracking

You will receive a Shipment Confirmation email once your order has shipped containing your tracking number(s). The tracking number will be active within 24 hours.


Damages or Lost

Meowcrystal is not liable for any products damaged or lost during shipping. Don't hesitate to contact the shipment carrier to file a claim if you received your damaged order. Please save all packaging materials and damaged goods before filing a claim.
If the logistic status online shows the parcels have been received, we will not compensate you for any package lost.
